Chief Operating Officer (COO)

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a visionary and highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive leadership team. This is a fully remote, strategic role that demands an exceptional leader to oversee and optimize all aspects of the company's global operations. You will be instrumental in developing and executing operational strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability across the organization, regardless of physical location. The COO will work closely with the CEO and other C-suite executives to shape the company's future direction and ensure operational excellence on an international scale. This position requires a forward-thinking approach to remote leadership and managing complex, distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's global operational strategy to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Oversee all operational functions, including but not limited to supply chain, logistics, customer service, and process management.
• Lead and inspire a diverse, global team of operational leaders and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all operational areas to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage operational budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation on a global scale.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set company direction, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance worldwide.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior executive leadership roles, such as Chief Operating Officer , VP of Operations, or similar.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling complex global operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large, geographically dispersed teams in a remote setting.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, financial acumen, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong understanding of international markets, supply chains, and regulatory landscapes.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related advanced degree is essential.
