Chief People & Culture Officer – Hospital Leadership

Cromwell Hospital, part of Bupa Health Services, seeks a senior strategic People Partner to shape the people agenda and support high‑quality patient care. You will work with the Hospital Executive Team to drive workforce design, culture and leadership capability across the site.
