Chief Software Engineering & Delivery Leader

Saab UK is seeking a Head of Software Engineering to lead BlueBear's software capability, accountable for delivery across research, product development and customer programmes. You will shape strategy, develop capability and foster a high-performing, secure software culture in a defence and security context.

You will work with Engineering, Product and Programme stakeholders to drive innovation, improve maturity and ensure robust software solutions across mission systems and embedded software.
