About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy and vision.
• Oversee all aspects of the technology department, including software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.

• Drive innovation by identifying and adopting emerging technologies that can provide a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including significant experience as a CTO or VP of Engineering.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies that have driven business growth.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed/remote engineering teams and infrastructure.
