Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD or equivalent experience preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership , with a proven track record as a CTO or VP of Engineering.
• Deep expertise in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management .
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment and managing distributed technical teams.
