Child & Family Participation Champion

Torbay Council is recruiting an enthusiastic Participation Officer to ensure the voices of children, young people, families and communities influence service development across Children’s Services.

You will design and facilitate consultation and co-production activities, reaching out to often underrepresented groups to remove barriers and increase inclusion. The role emphasizes safeguarding and collaborative partnership work.
