Child-Focused Family Court Social Worker

Cafcass in Lincoln is seeking a qualified Children’s Social Worker / Family Court Adviser to conduct direct work with children and families involved in family court proceedings and to prepare clear reports for the court.

You will ensure children's voices are heard, collaborate with judges and professionals, and apply risk assessment to support decision-making within private and public law contexts. The role requires independence and a commitment to child-centered practice.
