Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision and care of children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Support the planning and delivery of engaging play-based activities.
• Help maintain a clean, tidy, and organised learning environment.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional development.
• Assist with daily routines, including feeding, nappy changing, and nap times.
• Communicate with parents and colleagues regarding children's progress and daily activities.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Childcare or a related field is desirable.
• Previous experience working with children is advantageous but not essential.
• A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their development.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Understanding of basic safeguarding principles.
