• Bemerton Children's Centre – 1a Coatbridge House, Carnoustie Drive, London N1 0DX

🧸 Role Childcare Practitioner

⏰ Full-Time Hours Week 1: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Week 2: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Flexible arrangements may be considered for outstanding candidates.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
• Creating engaging activities that encourage curiosity and learning through play.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Helping to create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.
• Supporting daily routines, mealtimes, and personal care where required.
• Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.

Who We're Looking For

✔ Level 2 Childcare qualification (essential) ✔ Level 3 in progress is highly desirable ✔ Experience working with children aged 0–5 years ✔ Previous experience supporting toddlers aged 2–3 years is highly advantageous ✔ Reliable, caring, and enthusiastic approach ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✔ Available to start immediately or at short notice ✔ Enhanced DBS and compliance clearance, or willingness to complete the process promptly
