Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience working with children, young people, or families in a support capacity.
• Understanding of child development, safeguarding principles, and common challenges faced by families.
• Strong virtual communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing software, case management systems, and other digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.
