Our client is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Childminder to establish their own successful home-based childcare service in Norwich . You will be responsible for all aspects of the childminding business, from marketing and registration to daily care, activity planning, and parent communication. Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating home environment for children.
• Plan and deliver a curriculum based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Manage all aspects of childminding registration, compliance, and insurance.
• Develop strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating dietary needs.

Requirements

• Achieved or working towards a registered childminder qualification (e.g., home-based childcare award).
• Current DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification.
• Thorough understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated passion for child development and creating a positive learning experience.
