Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote consultations and support to parents on childcare strategies and child development milestones.
• Assist other registered childminders with best practices, policy implementation, and administrative tasks via online platforms.

• Facilitate virtual peer support networks for childminders to share experiences and best practices.

Requirements

• Registered Childminder status or equivalent qualification and experience in childcare.
• Demonstrable knowledge of child development, the EYFS framework, and childcare regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with diverse individuals through various digital channels.
• Proficiency with technology, including video conferencing, online collaboration tools, and digital document creation.
