Children & Family Support Worker (Deputy DSL)

Mount Wise Community Primary School in Plymouth is seeking a Children and Family Support Worker to join our pastoral and safeguarding team. The role focuses on removing barriers to learning, improving attendance and supporting wellbeing for pupils and families.

You will work with the Designated Safeguarding Lead as a Deputy DSL, build strong relationships with families, coordinate multi-agency meetings and lead family engagement initiatives to help every child succeed.
