Children’s Community Carer — 24/7 Home Care for Kids

HCRG Care Group is hiring a Community Carer to support children with complex medical needs in their homes and local communities around Chertsey. You will work with families and clinical teams to deliver safe, child‑centred care, adapting to changing needs and ensuring comfort and wellbeing in familiar environments.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week with night and weekend rotations, a starting salary of £25,500 plus the Group Pension.
