Children's Community Carer – Home-Based Child Care

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Community Carer to deliver high‑quality, home‑based care for children with complex medical needs, in Surrey communities.

You will work closely with families and clinical teams to provide safe, child‑centred support, with ongoing training and opportunities to develop through our Learning Enterprise.

This 24/7 role includes night shifts and weekends on a rota, with starting salary of £25,500 plus pension and access to wellbeing, discounts, and career progression.
