Children's Deputy Manager: Lead Care Team (SEMH/ADHD)

TeacherActive is seeking an experienced Children's Deputy Manager in Newcastle to lead a team and deliver high-quality care for young people aged 12 to 18 with SEMH, ADHD and learning difficulties.

You'll support the Registered Manager, supervise staff during their absence and ensure the home delivers exceptional care while supporting residents. Relevant Level 3 Diploma and previous residential childcare experience are required.
