Children's Home Manager: Lead a New Trauma‑Informed Team

Randstad Care is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new Ofsted-regulated children's home in Berwick upon Tweed. You will establish culture, team, and standards, ensuring regulatory compliance with Ofsted, Quality Standards, and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.

The role offers £50,000–£65,000 base with up to £6,000 PRP, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits, supported by RI and senior leadership.
