Children's Home Team Leader — Lead Care & Safeguarding

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Team Leader for our children’s home. This role supports the management team and helps deliver high-quality, child-centred care for young people, with shifts that include days, nights, and sleep-ins.

You will lead care staff, support care planning and reporting, and ensure safeguarding and Ofsted compliance. The position offers a clear path to Deputy and Registered Manager roles, with 40 hours per week and competitive hourly pay.
