Children's Residential Support Worker - 2on/4off, Sleep Nights

Esland is recruiting a Residential Support Worker for Foxbrook House in Uttoxeter to empower two young people with learning difficulties. You will build positive, trusting relationships and promote independence in a nurturing, safe home.

The role is full-time with a 2-on/4-off rota and sleep nights. UK driving licence and right to work are required. Pay is £14.80–£15.10 per hour plus sleep-night pay; benefits include paid induction, internal progression and staff discounts.
