Ben Williams Recruitment is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker for an outstanding Children’s Home in Hinckley. Salary £30,000–£40,000 per annum including sleep-in allowance, full-time and permanent role.

You will support and care for children with complex needs, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment and promoting development. A Level 4 Diploma and a valid UK driving licence are essential.
