Children's Residential Support Worker (Trauma‑Informed)

Milford Del Support Services on the Isle of Wight is opening two new children’s homes and seeks dedicated Residential Support Workers to help provide safe, nurturing care in line with each child’s plan and risk assessments.

You will deliver trauma-informed care, support education and health appointments, and work with colleagues and social workers to promote stability, safeguarding and positive outcomes for children and young people.
