Compensation
£32,242 – £32,865 per year (based on 6 sleeps per month; hourly rate £13.45 – £13.75). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours
173 hours per month – most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep‑ins. Rotas provided in advance.

What we're looking for
- A nurturing, patient, and resilient person who truly cares.
- Full UK driving licence.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Must be over 21 due to industry regulations.
