Children's Support Worker - Wellington (TF1)

SALARY: £13.45 - £14.15* per hour + up to £6000 sleep-in allowance.

HOURS: 39 per week which will be completed as shifts, including long days & sleep-ins.

REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Driving License - essential.

About Us:

Our Children’s Home in Wellingtonis looking for a number of Residential Support Workers to join their team and be part of something special.

With help from your manager and a team of passionate Support Workers you will be working alongside children and young people in residential settings who need a kind, caring and fun place to live despite the challenges they may bring.

Our young people are between 8-18 years old who display emotional, behavioural difficulties. This is why we are looking for motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs
• Accompanying them to appointments, school, and fun activities
• Delivering personal care and helping with daily routines
• Supporting with household tasks and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment
• Completing accurate, clear documentation and reportsAlways promoting their wellbeing and safeguarding them

DBS Check Paid - Your Enhanced DBS check, is fully covered by Keys Group, along with any required renewals.
