Salary: £14.25 - £16.00 per hour

These homes are committed to promoting positive outcomes through consistency, compassion and person-centred care, ensuring every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

We are looking to recruit a dedicated Children's Home Support Worker on a long-term basis, with permanent opportunities available for the right Children's Home Support Worker. The successful Children's Home Support Worker will support children and young people of various ages with a range of additional needs including Learning Difficulties, SEMH, Autism and ADHD, helping to create a safe, structured and positive living environment while promoting independence, wellbeing and personal development.

The successful Children's Home Support Worker will have:

• Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or the willingness to work towards it
• Experience working within a children's residential setting or supporting children and young people with additional needs
• Experience supporting children with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, Autism and ADHD
• A caring, patient and resilient approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends where required
