Salary: up to £31k p.a (inclusive of sleeps)
Hours: Full Time Permanent

Your role as a Support Worker
- Build positive, trusting relationships
- Support daily routines, education & activities
- Encourage independence and life skills
- Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
- Work with families and professionals
- Safeguard and protect young people at all times
What we’re looking for
- Caring, patient, and resilient individuals
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience of working in Social Care ideal but other backgrounds are welcome
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in care or relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3) desirable but not essential – full training provided
