We are recruiting Children's Support Workers in Handsworth to provide support and care to young people within residential services.

Salary - £26,400 to £27,200 (plus additional overtime and sleeps)

Shifts - Earlies, Lates, Long Days, Sleeps

Responsibilities

• Supporting children with everyday activities
• Promoting positive outcomes and wellbeing
• Encouraging education and social engagement
• Maintaining professional relationships and records

Requirements

• Compassion and empathy
• Flexibility and reliability
• Experience in care/support work desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence
