Chilled Warehouse Operative — Fast-Paced Pick & Pallet

Culina Logistics has a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Aylesford team, supporting key retail operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a full-time, permanent role with 12‑hour day shifts on a 4on-3off pattern from 07:00 to 19:00 in a chilled warehouse at approximately 3 degrees.

You will accurately pick stock, hit KPI targets, build pallets, operate PPT ride-ons and ensure orders are fulfilled with precision, safety and teamwork.
