Church Verger & Events Coordinator

St Mary Magdalene with St Leonard in Newark is seeking a dedicated Verger to help prepare spaces for worship and events. You will ensure buildings are clean, safe and welcoming, and open/lock the church as needed.

You'll set up furniture, AV and livestream equipment, support clergy during services, and coordinate arrangements for weddings, concerts and private hires. Training in safeguarding and health and safety will be provided.
