Civil Engineer - Highways, Drainage & Development Infrastructure

Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Are you a Civil Engineer with experience in highways, drainage or development infrastructure design looking to take the next step in your career?
An established and highly regarded development infrastructure consultancy is looking to appoint a Civil Engineer into its growing Bristol office . This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with a background in infrastructure design to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team working on a wide range of residential, commercial and public sector projects across the UK.

Working as part of an experienced and supportive team, you'll be involved in the design and coordination of highways, drainage and earthworks packages across a broad range of development projects, gaining exposure to schemes from early concept through to detailed design and approvals.
Projects are varied and can include:

• Residential developments and housing schemes
• Commercial and mixed-use developments
• Retail and logistics projects
• Education facilities
• Public realm and regeneration schemes
• Utility and infrastructure upgrades
• Major public sector developments

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the design and delivery of highways and drainage infrastructure for development schemes
• Producing highway designs (S38 / S278) at preliminary and detailed design stages
• Supporting the delivery of drainage designs (S104 / S98) including:
• Surface water drainage
• Foul drainage
