Key Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed civil engineering design for various projects, including site development, drainage, highways, and utilities.
• Prepare technical drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess existing conditions.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure design compliance and project progression.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing any design-related queries or issues.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and environmentally conscious design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in civil engineering design roles.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and drainage design software (e.g., MicroDrainage).
• Strong understanding of UK design standards, planning policies, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
