About the Role

Our client is seeking a practical and proactive Civil Engineer to manage site development and infrastructure projects in their Nottingham office. You will be responsible for the design and supervision of site preparation, including earthworks, drainage, and utility connections for a variety of construction projects. This role is ideal for an engineer looking to gain hands-on experience and manage projects from concept through to completion, contributing to the urban landscape of the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement site infrastructure, including roads, pavements, and drainage systems.
• Prepare site development plans, grading designs, and erosion control measures.
• Coordinate with utility providers to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with designs and safety standards.
• Conduct site investigations and surveys to inform design and construction efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
