Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site analysis, including surveys, and feasibility studies for development projects.
• Design site infrastructure, including access roads, parking areas, drainage systems, and utility connections.
• Prepare detailed site plans, grading plans, and storm water management designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with local planning regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with external agencies, utility providers, and stakeholders to secure necessary approvals.
• Support the construction phase by providing technical clarifications and addressing site queries.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in site development engineering, including residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, relevant drainage software).
• Strong understanding of land development processes, zoning regulations, and permitting.
