Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing or managing utility infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in relevant CAD software and utility design principles.
- Strong understanding of regulations and best practices for water, gas, and electricity networks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
