Civil Project Engineer

About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, external contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned civil engineering projects.
• Coordinate with design teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality control standards on all project sites.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, resolving conflicts as they arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and site management best practices.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
