Civils Site Manager – Roads & Groundworks Lead

GBR Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a Gainsborough-based Civils / Groundworks contractor, is seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to lead day-to-day management of civil engineering and groundworks projects, including roads and sewers, on residential and commercial developments.

You will ensure OTIF delivery, safety, efficiency and profitability, maintain site records, coordinate with clients and utilities, and travel across Lincolnshire and into the East Midlands.
