MMC Workforce Solutions is recruiting an experienced Civil Site Manager / Civil Site Supervisor for a major civils project in Exeter.

This is a hands-on site leadership role, driving the project forward on a day-to-day basis while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.

The Role

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations.
• Lead gangs carrying out deep drainage and heavy civils works.
• Drive productivity and maintain programme targets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, plant and materials.
• Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and quality.
• Liaise with engineers, project management and the client.
• Resolve site issues quickly and keep works progressing.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience supervising heavy civils and drainage projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work (preferred).
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities.
• Full UK driving licence.
