Job Title: Civils Site Manager - Highways Paving & Surfacing Project
Location: Shipley
Salary: £250 - £300 per day CIS
Role Highlights & Packages:
Project running from 24th August to the end of November.
Monday to Friday, day shifts.
High-profile highways paving and surfacing project in Shipley.
Firm completion deadline ahead of the Christmas period to minimise disruption.Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee a highways paving and surfacing project in Shipley. This is a busy role requiring strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience managing highways or civil engineering projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in busy town centre or public-facing environments is advantageous.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
NRSWA or Temp works card advantageous
Full UK driving licence.Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations.
Coordinate paving and surfacing works.
Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.
Liaise with local businesses and shop owners to minimise disruption.
Manage subcontractors and site teams.
