CKD Specialist Nurse: Nurse-Led Clinics & Education (Flexible)

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 CKD Specialist Nurse to join our renal team. You will manage a caseload, provide holistic CKD care, and lead nurse-led clinics with education on kidney replacement therapy and anaemia management.

You will work in a supportive multidisciplinary environment focused on patient-centred care, service development, and non-medical prescribing opportunities, within an expanding conservat ive kidney management program.
