Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming insurance claims, verifying policy coverage and details.
• Investigate claim circumstances, gather necessary evidence, and liaise with claimants and relevant third parties.
• Determine liability and calculate appropriate settlement amounts in line with policy terms and company procedures.
• Communicate claim decisions and explanations clearly and professionally to policyholders and brokers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claim activities on the company's system.
• Identify and escalate potentially complex or fraudulent claims for further investigation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in claims handling or assessment within the insurance sector is preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of accuracy.
