Class 1 Container Drivers - Days & Nights Available

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected family-run haulage company based in Walsall. We are currently seeking experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for container work, with both flexible day shifts and ongoing night shift opportunities available.

The Role

Duties will include:

Container deliveries and collections to container sites/customers and from UK docks on night shifts primarily. Working with a professional and respected container operator Weekend overtime available

Shift Availability

Day Shifts (Ad-Hoc Work)

Start times between 5:00am and 6:00am Monday to Friday Flexible ad-hoc assignments availableNight Shifts (Ongoing Work)

6:00pm starts Ongoing work available on either: Monday to Friday or Sunday -Friday/Thursday Consistent work and excellent earning potential

Pay Rates

Monday to Friday Days: £17.00 per hour Monday to Friday Nights: £18.00 per hour Saturday: £18.00 per hour Sunday & Bank Holidays: £20.00 per hour

Requirements

Applicants must have:

A valid Category C+E (Class 1) licence Previous container driving experience A valid Digital Tachograph Card Driver CPC qualificationSuccessful candidates will be required to complete a driving assessment and site induction before commencing work.

Dock cards are advantageous but not essential.
