Class 1 Driver – 100% Trunking Work

Location: Northampton

Pay Rate: £205.00 to £220.00 per hour

Driver Type: LTD & PAYE welcome

Shifts: Full time and part time shifts – weekend work required

Experience: 12 months of commercial driving, Class 1 licence

About the Role

Ignition Driver Recruitment is looking for HGV Class 1 drivers in Northampton to work with a national chilled and ambient logistics provider.

Responsibilities

• Drive an HGV Class 1 vehicle for 100% trunking work
• Perform industry standard vehicle checks
• Complete standard paperwork

Qualifications & Requirements

• Class 1 Driving Licence with at least 12 months of commercial driving experience
• Valid UK DCPC card
• Valid Digi‑tacho card
• Up to 6 points on licence accepted; DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements not accepted
• UK resident – no assistance for visa holders
• Ability to travel to and from the site for your shift
