Class 1 Driver

Class 1 Driver The Role: HireGiant are looking for a reliable and professional Class 1 Driver to work with our client based in Corby NN17 , this will be trunking work. While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required. Your responsibilities as a HGV1 driver will include: Completing deliveries of general haulage to businesses Driving the class 1 curtain side trailer in a safe manor no handball, this is a nice haulage role Ensuring all paperwork and PODs are completed accurately Maintaining excellent customer service standards Requirements for the Class 1 driver: Valid HGV 1 (Category CE) Licence Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card Strapping and Reversing competence New pass LGV1 Drivers welcome training and support provided HGV LTD drivers welcome Hours & Pay for the Class 1 HGV Driver: 6AM -7AM Shifts: 10-12 hours depending on route PAYE Pay rate: £17.00
