Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with an established and well-respected company?

We’re currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to join an established timber company based in Faringdon, with a genuine opportunity to move from temporary to permanent.

Monday to Friday

4–6 drops per day

Temp to Perm opportunity

What you'll be doing

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering timber products to customers safely and professionally.

Your day will typically involve:

Completing 4–6 deliveries per day

*

Driving a Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly

*

Loading and unloading timber products

*

Delivering to customers across the local area

*

Carrying out vehicle checks and completing relevant paperwork

*

Providing a professional and friendly service to customers

*

Following all company health & safety procedures

HGV Class 2 Driver – The must-haves

*

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence

*

Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

*

Good understanding of drivers' hours and road safety regulations

*

Reliable and punctual

*

2 years experience

*

Professional attitude and good customer service skills

*

Comfortable with some manual handling

*

Previous delivery experience would be advantageous
