HGV Class 2 Tanker Driver
Location: Daventry(NN11) Pay: £40,0000-£45,000 per annum. Overtime is paid at £22.50 per hour (after 40 hours) Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am starts | Typically 7–10 hours per day
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Tanker Driver to join a well-established family-run business based in Northamptonshire.
Our client has many years of experience servicing septic tanks, treatment plants, and commercial grease traps, and has built an excellent reputation for providing a professional and dependable service across the region.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering regular weekday work, local routes, and the chance to join a friendly and supportive team.
Most work is carried out within approximately 90 minutes of the depot, meaning you'll benefit from varied work while still being home every night.
The Role
Operating a tanker vehicle to service septic tanks, grease traps, and treatment plants Completing scheduled collections and disposals safely and efficiently Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport regulations Providing a professional service to customers on-site Maintaining accurate paperwork and records

Requirements
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence preferred Class 2 (Category C) drivers will also be considered Valid CPC Qualification Card Digital Tachograph Card Tanker experience beneficial but not essential Good communication skills Strong awareness of health and safety procedures Reliable, hardworking, and professional approach
