A Class 2 Driver (Category C) is required for a distribution business in Bristol, offering up to £16 per hour on a temporary, full-time basis.
This position involves Monday-to-Friday working with early starts, delivering carpets, flooring, and associated goods to residential and commercial clients across Bristol and nearby regions.
The role demands substantial physical effort, including frequent manual handling and heavy lifting, suiting those who prefer an active workday within a team.
Prior Class 2 driving experience is typically essential for this role.

We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join a well-established and growing distribution business based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable driver looking for consistent weekday work, early starts, and long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
- Complete multi-drop deliveries across Bristol and the surrounding region
- Load and unload carpets and flooring products at customer sites
- Carry out daily vehicle inspections and safety checks
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service at all delivery locations
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on schedule
- Comply with all road transport, health and safety, and company regulations
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous multi-drop or delivery driving experience is advantageous
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and reliability
- Safety-conscious approach to work
- Newly qualified Class 2 Drivers are welcome to apply.
