About the Role

Recruit A Driver is currently recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers for a well-established client based in Bradford.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for regular weekday work with ongoing opportunities available. The role involves delivering palletised goods across the region, completing up to 12 multi-drop deliveries per shift using tail lifts and pump trucks.

Some deliveries are customer unloaded, while others require manual handling. Drivers will also be responsible for securing loads using ratchets and straps, making this an ideal role for experienced Class 2 drivers who enjoy varied multi-drop work.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete up to 12 multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently
• Deliver palletised goods to customer sites
• Operate tail lifts and pump trucks
• Secure loads using ratchets and straps
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery
• Comply with Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations

Requirements

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence held for at least 12 months
• Recent commercial Class 2 driving experience within the last 6–12 months
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Confident using tail lifts, pump trucks and load-securing equipment
• Maximum 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only)
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
