Pay Rate: £17.93 per hour

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Refuse Drivers to join our team in Rugby . This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work with early morning starts.
The Role
As a Class 2 Refuse Driver, you will be responsible for operating a refuse collection vehicle on designated routes, working alongside a team of loaders to ensure waste and recycling collections are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle.
- Complete scheduled collection routes.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Work closely with the loading crew.
- Comply with all road traffic laws and health and safety procedures.
- Deliver excellent standards of customer service when interacting with the public.
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous Class 2 driving experience is preferred.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work early mornings and as part of a team.
