About the Role

As a Classroom Assistant, you will work in partnership with the class teacher to support learning and foster an engaging classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting lesson preparation, delivering targeted one-to-one and small-group support – particularly for pupils with additional needs – and helping to ensure the school day runs efficiently.

Key Details

Location: Woking
Pay: £90-£105 per day
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am–3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Setting: Mainstream Primary School
DBS Requirements: Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEN
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Assist with classroom organisation and daily routines
