Cleaning Operations Manager

OCS is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead the cleaning team in our UK operation. You will oversee cleaning across floors and facilities and manage staff rotas, holidays, and audits while driving Training and HR compliance on-site.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a manager or supervisor in cleaning, strong customer service, and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. This role is based on-site and requires flexible hours.
