About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee cleaning services for facilities in and around Reading . This hybrid role involves on-site supervision and remote administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness. You will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, implementing schedules, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. This position is key to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all facility users.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules .
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work and identify areas needing attention.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and proper usage.
• Ensure all team members adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
